eDOC Innovations has recently announced the transition of WV United to eDOC’s paperless solutions.
The integration to eDOC’s products followed the credit union’s discovery of the cuasterisk.com network, which is a collaborative of CUSOs. eDOC Innovations is one of the CUSOs that collaborates in the network, providing imaging, document management, Check21 and Remote Deposit Capture strategies for sustainable paperless processes to over 400 credit unions nationwide.
According to Linda Bodie, CEO of the credit union, WV United is enthused with the outcome to their recent implementation of eDOC’s paperless solutions. “eDOC offers an awesome solution for our e-Strategy,” she remarks. “We are looking forward to providing a vast array of e-Documents to our team and our members, so they will finally have access to all the important stuff without any interaction from a support person,” she continues.

eDOC Innovations, a provider of eDocument solutions to credit unions, has announced that NorthStar Credit Union has partnered with the CUSO for electronic document management solutions.
According to the CUSO, the Warrenville, Illinois-based credit union chose to upgrade to eDOC’s products for the benefits the credit union could provide to its members as a result. According to Byron Cluckey, Director of IT for the credit union, providing extended access to statement copies and other documentation relevant to the member was an influential factor when deciding to integrate with eDOC’s products.
“eDOC’s entire DocLogic suite fits together well – each solutions building on the other. It makes sense to use them all in our strategy and we look forward to creating an eDocument environment for our staff and members,” remarks Cluckey.

eDOC Innovations, a Vermont-based provider of electronic document solutions, has announced that America’s Christian CU recently engaged the CUSO to provide an effective means to collaborate with other credit unions on its portfolio loan business. Based in Glendora, California, America’s Christian, currently serving over 27,000 members with $250M in assets, chose to utilize eDOC’s Member Document Portal, 2020eDOC, to allow other credit unions access to loan files to perform their auditing and due diligence, while keeping these same information secured from the rest of their web viewers and users.
2020eDOC is designed to allow access to participation loan documents through the document portal. “The innovation is really designed to provide a robust workflow and distributed business platform, where participation loans and the affiliate credit unions can all collaborate through a central system. Our eSignature solution that has recently be added will also bring some additional capability that will help our peers drive value and revenues, “commented Bret Weekes, President/CEO of eDOC Innovations.
