This year eDOC Innovations held our first Annual Peer Meeting, in lieu of an Executive Advisory Council Meeting. This Peer Meeting is a unique opportunity to bring eDOC’s clients, owners and peers together with the leading electronic document management experts in the industry. As the only Credit Union Service Organization based strictly on e-document solutions, eDOC Innovations is also the leading e-document strategic partner for the most operationally enveloping technology in any organization. Beyond the core processor, extending from the member’s home to the Board’s chair and throughout the network, electronic document technology is the single most effective tool for lowering operation costs, establishing employee effectiveness and improving member satisfaction. Innovative eDOC technology is not just an add-on to our core business, it is what we are.
The 2009 Peer Meeting was hosted in Grand Rapids, Michigan on June 15th. Attendees joined us in person at our corporate location as well as via a webinar. The central focuses were: Sustainability in Our Current Industry, Collaboration as an Answer to CU Sustainability, the eDOC CUSO Under the Hood, Current Trends in the CU Industry, ROI’s and finally eDOC Solution Offering.
