2020COLD® makes centralized reports accessible to all of your PC desktops. The report view includes the “green bar” screen and full page display. Reports look exactly as they look on paper with the very same text layout. Staff will find it easy to use because there is no change in report orientation. That translates into minimal staff training and faster adoption. With as few as five minutes of training, a current Windows user can effectively use 2020COLD®.
2020DOC® professional imaging system is designed for automated storage and retrieval of imaged documents. Examples are: signed forms, signature cards, signed loan contracts, employee records and account holder correspondence. All scanned documents can be permanently archived on CD or DVD for off-site storage and disaster recovery. Open system architecture gives you control of your image data.
2020iDOC™ is the browser based access Intranet component to the complete eDOC Innovations system. 2020iDOC™ allows employees to access any document stored within the system via your intranet. Documents traditionally stored in your eDOC COLD and imaging systems can now be accessed without installing and maintaining a desktop application. Documents such as contracts, cleared checks, account holder statements, and loan documents are a few examples.
