Day Air Credit Union in Kettering, Ohio, recently converted to eDOC Innovations’ DocLogic Suite for automated electronic document processing, eSignature, workflow and document management. Day Air, with over 27,000 members, signed on to utilize ProDOC Packages™, a comprehensive e-document solution which allows the credit union to create virtual electronic folders, giving branch employees the ability to easily track and manage transactions, including eSign capabilities, from beginning to end.
William Burke, CEO of Day Air CU says, “Previously, we were printing documents, scanning them and then destroying the originals. Our eDOC system will allow us to eliminate these steps. This will free up some back-office staff to be moved to the front-line to do what we do best, serve our members. We chose eDOC Innovations because of their collaboration with CU*Answers, our new data processing solution. As CUSOs, both firms are dedicated to the success of credit unions and their focus aligns nicely with ours, to serve our members and grow the credit union. Our eDOC system will allow us to better serve our members by streamlining our workflows while still creating efficient branch environments, reducing printing costs, and expanding remote access to our members.”
The recent conversion with Day Air is one of many future projects the credit union will be collaborating on with eDOC. The credit union plans to roll out a complete remote member services interface in the near future. This new system will allow for Day Air to offer their members remote access to their accounts through the 2020eDOC™ member document portal, and give members the ability to sign their documents electronically with eDOCSignature™, and Day Air is also making preparations to move to eDOC’s remote deposit capture solution CheckLogic Lite™, which would allow members to deposit their checks remotely right from their home or office.
