Services Center FCU Deploys ProDOC Packages™ from eDOC

Services Center Federal Credit Union, based in Yankton, South Dakota, recently announced their deployment of eDOC Innovations’ ProDOC Packages™ workflow management system. This addition is in conjunction with their existing eDOCSignature™ application to process loan transactions and other account documents; applying electronic remote signatures via the web.

Services Center FCU announced their excitement over being able to offer remote signature capability to their members; “The application gives us flexibility to manage our loan process as a Virtual Package. It provides a digital checklist and automates the process from beginning to end,” says Laurie Warfel, Loan Officer at Services Center FCU. “This provides a consistent workflow for our staff,” concludes Warfel.

ProDOC Packages™ allows convenient methods of completing the lending process. ProDOC Packages™ acts as an electronic ‘manila folder’ and provides an easy checklist to ensure all documents are included and/or completed prior to delivery or storage.
