eDOC Innovations is dedicated to becoming the premier provider of Electronic Document Delivery solutions for credit unions, designed to meet the changing needs of today’s business environment. eDOC Innovations based in the Burlington, VT area, is recruiting a SaaS System Specialist with the drive to succeed and the ability to be a productive and positive member of our team.

The SaaS System Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, training, and supporting clients that utilize the SaaS Solutions provided by eDOC. They will act as the liaison with the development team for issues that require escalation.

A successful candidate will be personable, technical, organized, and self‐directed. Necessary job qualifications include:

BS/BA degree in a business or technical field preferred.
Working knowledge of PHP and HTML structure.
MySQL / SQL experience desired, other SQL a plus.
Knowledge of windows server operating systems and IIS.
Prefer min. 3 yrs experience in technology field, imaging technology or credit union experience a
plus.
Previous experience managing/working in a data center operation.
Project Management experience a plus.
Check item processing experience a plus.
Excellent verbal, public speaking and written communication skills.
Ability to manage several tasks at once.
Ability to grasp technical concepts readily.
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
