ProDOC FORMSTM (version 5.1.7)
ProDOC FORMSTM automates the capture of a document with the appropriate client's signature onto eDoc Innovations's 2020DOC® system.
Signature documents are captured by the ProDOC FORMSTM program and displayed on your PC during the printing of the document. The employee has the client authorize the transaction by signing the signature pad and provides the client with a hard copy of the document for their records. The document is stored as an image containing the transaction information and the client's signature together, which is available for retrieval in the 2020DOCTM Imaging System.
ProDOC FORMSTM is ideal for any standardized document that requires a signature including, contracts, loan documents, informed consent, signature cards, tax forms, and more.
