Scanned Documents / Imaging: 2020DOC® is an administrative application that allows the user to design and manage their Image Document Archiving structure. Within 2020DOC® is the ability to complete high speed scanning projects, edit document index information, move documents, and update documents.
All scanned documents can be permanently archived on DVD-R or CD-ROM via ArchView for off-site storage and disaster recovery. The off-site set of media will have both the images and the software application to provide access to all of your most valuable of documents with “off-the shelf” PC hardware.
By storing your documents electronically, all of your files are available across a network. This saves staff time in retrieving documents and eliminates misfiled documents. Electronic distribution and availability from many offices can add a level of service that is not possible by other means.
