Save time by creating and monitoring your own customer tickets. To get setup to do this you must call Customer Support to get a user name and password. Now you are ready. Double-click www.edoclogic.com and select "Client Login" from the upper right corner of the page. Sign on using the user name and password you have obtained from Customer Support. Next, select "Add Ticket," and fill out the corresponding fields (drop-down menus) Area, Category, Issue, Urgency. Finally, fill out a brief written description of the problem and select "Submit Ticket."

When you login again, you will see a list of the open/in progress tickets so you can easily monitor all your ticket activity.
