ProDOC Events

In the Package Manager menu of ProDOC, there is a new “Events” button. This allows you to add three types of events to a package when sending it for electronic signing:

• Resend ticket if not signed – Resends email notification to signer if not signed after the specified number of days.
• Notify creator if not signed – Sends email notification to package creator if not signed after the specified number of days.
• Delete package if not signed – Deletes package from the system if not signed after the specified number of days.

The Events feature requires use of eDOCSignature. The feature is FREE for all ProDOC Packages users!
