The release introduces expanded integration capabilities, strengthened audit visibility, and performance improvements designed to support financial institutions in managing secure, efficient digital operations.
The update includes new integration capabilities within eDOCSignature, enabling embedded live support functionality during the signing experience. Enterprise-tier clients may also leverage newly supported in-person signing devices for secure, handwritten digital signatures.
Additional improvements enhance workflow efficiency and compliance transparency, including configurable signing steps, clearer audit documentation, improved password validation messaging, and expanded support for special characters in user credentials. The release also introduces interface consistency updates and improved rendering of pre-populated fields during document preview.
Enhancements to iDOCVault 2.0 focus on performance optimization and administrative controls, including improved document search functionality, configurable data export settings, saved search enhancements, and administrative tools to reset member multi-factor authentication methods.
CheckLogic updates strengthen operational reliability with editable MICR fields, enhanced settlement reporting, improved batch processing resiliency, and streamlined system handoffs.
