Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined eDOC Innovations in 2000 beginning his tenure at eDOC as an Account Manager and worked his way to the top through roles such as Product Manager, Manager of Implementations, VP of Client Development, EVP and COO. He was named Interim CEO in November 2018 and CEO in April 2019. A native of Massachusetts, Mark brings 33 years of industry experience within the credit union digital imaging business. Prior to joining eDOC, Mark was Chief Financial Officer at Sharon Credit Union.
Mark is responsible for the day to day operations of the CUSO, including managing team members in the executive leadership. He frequently interfaces with key clients, other departments and partners to ensure that CUSO objectives are achieved and relationships maintained. D. Lhomond Jones
Chief Technical Officer
Lhomond joined eDOC Innovations in 2000 and is responsible for all research and development activities surrounding eDOC Products. Prior to joining the eDOC team, Lhomond was a senior program manager and project engineer for over 20 years in United States Air Force systems engineering and test and evaluation programs. He is eDOC’s chief technology resource and the primary source of product development and maintenance. Manager of Sales and Business Development
Joseph joined eDOC in February of 2010 and comes with 20 year’s experience in the Financial Services industry. He served as a Relationship Manager in the automotive dealer captive finance, as well as a Financial Services Manager, Loan officer, Human Resource Associate Manager, trainer and a team leader. Vice President of Research and Development
Josh joined eDOC Innovations in 2002 and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Systems Integration degree from Weber State University. As a member of the development team for more than eight years, his contributions to building eDOC solutions has been substantial, leading efforts to create and enhance eDOC’s mDTM flagship eSignature solution, eDOCSignature, and eDOC’s DocLogic and CheckLogic solutions. Josh became Vice President of Research and Development in 2016, where he now leads the software development team and all the software design and development systems of the organization. Under his leadership, eDOC continues to grow its software solutions and drive value back to the users of the software. As the VP of Research and Development, Josh continues his love for learning and leveraging emerging technologies. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering in his community as a foster parent and in various groups with his kids.

Karl Johnson, MBA, PMP
Vice President of Client Operations and QC
Karl joined eDOC Innovation in 2002 as an Implementation Specialist. Working his way through the ranks from Project Manager to his current position of Vice President of Client Operations, Karl manages the Client Development Team, Implementations Team and QC Department. Karl graduated with Cum Laude honors from Weber State with a BA in Technical Sales. He then went on to receive an MBA from Colorado State University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (pmi.org). Karl enjoys working and training people in technology and speaks five languages.

Vice President of Systems
Jack Anderson joined eDOC Innovations in 2011 as a SaaS Specialist and is now the Vice President of Systems. A native of New Hampshire, Jack brings 18 years of industry experience in systems administration and 8 years’ experience as a .net developer. Combining these two disciplines allows Jack to play an instrumental part in bridging the gap between developing software and actualizing that software in a production environment. Before joining eDOC Innovations, Jack worked in IT for the Army and Navy and moved into the software industry where he found his passion for software development and automation. Jack manages eDOC’s Systems Management Team, is responsible for the day to day technical operations of the organization and manages the systems that service our customers and their members. Jack enjoys spending time with his family, travel, reading and playing music. He lives with his wife Renee and his two children Paul and Charlotte in Port Henry, New York.
