eDOC Innovations, a leader in providing e-document solutions to credit unions, has recently partnered with DocuSign, a provider of electronic signatures and paperless contract execution services to release an enhanced version of ProDOC™.  Idaho Central Credit Union, serving 85,000 members, has recently implemented this new solution.

The new enhancement streamlines the loan closing process by allowing it to be performed electronically through eDOC’s Member Document Portal and DocuSign’s online digital signature solution.  This solution eliminates any paper documentation that historically has been a part of loan processing.  According to eDOC, this partnership has provided a complete “Go Green” solution from loan application to closing.  Idaho Central Credit Union has been a long term proponent of “Go Green” solutions and has embraced the opportunity to be a key part in this release.
