For credit unions on the CUBASE® core processing platform from CUAnswers that also have an in-house imaging solution from Middlebury, Vermont CUSO eDOC Innovations, CUAnswers is offering a new service providing tailored software releases for their imaging solution. Although there are many imaging solutions vendors available for credit unions to choose from, only CUAnswers Imaging Solutions’ release-managed version is specifically tailored for CU*BASE to provide stronger integration.
Through its partnership with eDOC Innovations, the CUAnswers Imaging Solutions team offers software release management to credit unions leveraging the two systems side-by-side so they can enjoy tighter integration, a “lock step” release schedule between the two systems, and feature enhancements considerate and specific to both systems. The net effect is a solution designed and created just for CUBASE users sold exclusively by CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team.
CUAnswers added that other options are available to credit unions for their imaging needs, and even offers its own CUSpy solution for storing e-statements, e-receipts, and more.
