In the past five months, four eDOC clients elected to upgrade from their hosted document imaging solutions to eDOC’s Mobile Enterprise Digital Transaction Management (mDTM®) automation process that is fully integrated with CU*Base core. mDTM includes eDOC’s eDOCSignature® e-Sign solution that provide workflows for optimal remote closing capabilities that speed up member transactions and allow credit union staff to connect with members anytime, anywhere on any device.

These institutions include Service 1 with 22,000 members based in Norton Shores, Michigan; Isabella Community with 13,000+ members based in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan; Quantum with 12,500+ members based in Wichita, Kansas and South Bay with 9,200+ members based in Redondo Beach, California.

“We are excited to witness these credit union peers from across the county embrace our fully integrated solutions,” said Mark Fierro, CEO of eDOC Innovations. “Tightly woven with the CU*Base, mDTM is a perfect fit for these peers’ desire for intuitive, secure solution that is designed to drive digital transaction strategies in the industry.”
