MIDDLEBURY, VT– August 28, 2026
eDOC Innovations, a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) providing digital transaction management solutions to the credit union industry, has reached a significant company milestone and now serves credit unions in all 50 states. The milestone was officially reached on July 20, 2026, with the addition of Churchill County Federal Credit Union in Nevada to eDOC’s growing client community.

What began as a commitment to helping credit unions simplify document management and everyday operations has grown into a nationwide network of credit unions using eDOC solutions to support electronic signatures, document management, remote deposit capture, check processing, fraud prevention, forms automation, and other digital workflows.

Today, eDOC serves more than 900 credit union customers nationwide, representing an important achievement in the company’s more than 30-year history of developing technology specifically for the credit union industry.

“Reaching all 50 states and serving more than 900 credit unions is something our entire team can be proud of,” said Mark Fierro, CEO of eDOC Innovations. “This milestone represents much more than geographic reach. It reflects the trust credit unions have placed in eDOC, the relationships our team has built over more than three decades, and our continued commitment to creating technology around the real operational needs of credit unions.”

eDOC’s nationwide growth has been supported by long-standing relationships throughout the credit union industry and an expanding network of technology, core processing, and strategic partners. These relationships allow eDOC to integrate its solutions with the systems credit unions already rely on while creating new opportunities for collaboration, connectivity, and innovation.

That approach is becoming increasingly important as credit unions look for technology that can work across platforms, connect with a broader ecosystem of providers, and adapt as member expectations and operational requirements continue to evolve.

“As proud as we are of reaching this milestone, our focus is very much on what comes next,” Fierro said. “We want to build on the relationships we already have, reach more credit unions, expand the ways our technology connects with the broader credit union ecosystem, and continue creating solutions that give credit unions greater flexibility and choice.”

As eDOC moves toward its next stage of growth, its direction is reflected in the company’s FY2027 focus: Open. Connected. Built for Credit Unions.

Open reflects our commitment to expanding integration opportunities and making its technology more accessible across the platforms and systems credit unions use.

Connected represents our continued investment in partnerships, APIs, integrations, and relationships that allow credit unions to connect technology and workflows more effectively.

Built for Credit Unions reinforces the principle that has guided us for more than three decades: understanding the unique needs of credit unions and developing technology designed specifically to help them serve their members.

“Our industry continues to change, and credit unions need technology partners willing to evolve with them,” Fierro added. “Being open and connected gives us the ability to work with more partners, integrate with more platforms, and provide credit unions with greater flexibility. But the most important part of that message is the last one—we are built for credit unions. That remains at the center of who we are.”

With a presence now spanning the entire country and a customer community of more than 900 credit unions, eDOC will continue investing in product modernization, open integrations, strategic partnerships, technology infrastructure, and customer resources as it builds toward its next chapter.
