A San Antonio Citizens FCU teller suspected the fraudulent activity during a recent deposit and after reviewing the member’s account managed by DocLogic™ noticed identical deposits from the member at multiple branches. The teller reviewed all recent check images captured through CheckLogic Branch™ and receipts stored digitally within DocLogic, then notified management who immediately placed holds on the member’s funds.
