After years of preparation, CU*Answers has converted from its current check-processing software to eDOC Innovations CheckLogic Manager. For CU*Answers clients, this change will mean instant access to check images, immediate redeposit or collection actions for charge-back items, and on-demand reports. An added benefit of the switch includes new access to the Item Processing check image vault, which is branded to easily differentiate between other vaults clients may access in their day-to-day tasks. In addition, clients will be able to print and reprint image replacement documents (IRDs) for their collection items.
