eDOC Innovations recently announced it was able to reduce the impact of an impending DP conversion for Toledo Police Federal Credit Union by upgrading the credit unions document archiving solution ahead of time.
According to eDOC, by anticipating the credit unions needs, it was able to upgrade the credit union’s current document archiving system, 2020DOC, prior to their conversion to a new data processing system, which will significantly reduce the impact to the credit union and its staff during conversion, as it provides streamlined integration with the new DP system.
According to Lorraine Ford, President/CEO for Toledo Police, “It was encouraging to see how willing and ready eDOC was to help us minimize frustrations during such an ominous transition. “I have a lot of faith in the eDOC staff and look forward to a continued partnership,” continued Ford.
