eDOC University, the educational training portal for eDOC Innovations’ software solutions, has released the Member Document Portal and Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) courses for end users. In these courses, credit union staff will learn how to view electronic documents in the Member Document Portal, how members deposit checks via their credit unions’ Mobile RDC application, and how to add or remove mobile deposit permissions for their members.
