eDOC Innovations and Everence Federal Credit Union have completed deployment of DocLogic, eDOC’s mobile enterprise digital transaction management (mDTM) system. The partnership is a part of eDOC and rkGoBig’s CUSO-to-CUSO agreement, extending CUSO value to credit union partners. “Everence is part of a three-way partnership and is harvesting CUSO-to-CUSO value,” said Bret Weekes, President and CEO of eDOC Innovations. “This type of collaboration brings innovation to members that is vital to the sustainability of the credit union.”

Kent Hartzler, President and CEO of Everence Federal Credit Union added, “The digital platform enhances our internal workflow, especially given our geographic distribution across several states. It specifically gains for us efficiency, deep integration to CU*BASE®, less paper/shipping, cost savings (imaging & document storage), security, and member facing functionally like e-signature & My Documents portal in It’s Me 247 online banking.” Hartzler continues, “As a founding credit union of the CUSO rkGoBig, we are seeking to leverage the combined scale of our six credit unions to advance our technology and save money through scale. eDOC just gets the CUSO cooperative advantage. We are pleased to be joining the eDOC network of credit unions.”

“As digital transaction management requirements increase in mobile enterprise, this partnership places the credit union in a position of leverage and strength for future opportunities,“ Weekes added. “The mobile world is here and through the use of DocLogic, the credit union is able to innovate and attract the mobile member.”
