eDOC Innovations recently announced that another Wisconsin-based credit union has chosen CheckLogic, a branch check capture and electronic image forward collection processing system, as its Check 21 solution.
According to the CUSO, Firefighters Credit Union of La Crosse recently implemented CheckLogic in two Wisconsin area branches.
“I like the duplicate check feature that identifies checks that may have been scanned twice. I was also impressed by the knowledge and experience eDOC has regarding the whole process. It made us comfortable knowing they had all the relevant information and familiarity with other credit unions in Wisconsin,” remarks Amy Fruit, Administrator for the credit union. “We look forward to utilizing the system and gaining the benefits associated with the features of the system as seen in the demonstration they provided us.
